Comments are organized by grade, strengths and goals, and then subjects.
You the teacher decides what those subjects should be and what the comment choices
should be. Teachers within your grade level can use the same sets of comments to present a consistent look and feel for your report cards, or each can be individualized.
Once things are setup, you start off by choosing reporting period, comment style and how you want the output to be formatted from the menu.

Next, you enter select the student name to start with from your student roster. Select all of the comments that apply from the choices for the students grade
level and click format. It's that simple!

The next page takes the selected comments, customizes them by using the student name
and gender, and formats them so that they may be either printed or cut and pasted
into your report card tool.
